If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to our warehouse in its original packaging, as detailed below. The return can be made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of your order.

Return procedure


A.Filling out the return form


Returns are always made by using the Size/Product Change Form or the Refund Form, which are delivered with each order in hard copy.

First of all you fill in your name and contact details, as well as the order number, date and receipt/invoice number and then the fields of the returned product: code, colour, size, quantity and the reason for return. 


In particular, you fill out:


  • The fields of the new product, code, size, colour, quantity, in case of Change.
  • The bank account details for the refund in case the original order was paid by cash on delivery. For all other payment methods, the refund will be executed in the same way of payment of the original order. 


B.Return shipment


Returns are made via ACS Courier for orders from Greece and Cyprus. If you decide to return products using a transport company other than ACS Courier, the return will be at your own risk and at your own expense.  

For international orders, returns are always made by contacting EMERSON΄s customer service by email at

Please pack the product you want to return in its original packaging. If possible, use the parcel in which you received it. It is necessary to include the printed return form completed, as without it the return cannot be proceeded. Deliver your parcel to ACS Courier with the note: «Recipient΄ s Charge» and delivery address:

Return shipping costs: 

Greece: For orders in Greece, the change can be accepted only once without any charge to the customer. If a second change is required, it will always be made after consultation with EMERSON΄s customer service.

Cyprus: Returns of products are made exclusively after consultation with EMERSON΄s customer service

E.U.: Returns of products can only be made after consultation with EMERSON΄s customer service


In all orders, regardless of the country, if it is found to be a defective product, the return is free of charge 



Receipt of the return and completion of the procedure


The procedure followed is the receipt of the parcel by the returns department and quality control of the products. If the returned products comply with the terms and conditions set out in this Returns Policy, you will receive an email confirming that the return has been received and that the procedure will be processed based on your choice.

Otherwise, the relevant department will contact you to inform you. 

The expected time of receipt of your return from us is up to 5 working days.


Returns processing options

Refund of money 

Once you have received the e-mail confirming acceptance of the returned products, EMERSON will refund the money using the same payment method you used for your original purchase, other than cash on delivery (as below). You will then receive a new email with an update and information on the completion of the refund. EMERSON is not responsible for any delays by your carrier or charges that may arise from it. During holidays and discount periods or public holidays, refunds may be delayed. 



Cash on delivery: The refund is made to the bank account you have indicated in the return form, within 2-4 working days. You can also send us an email  with your bank account details (Iban, Bank, Name of Beneficiary).

PayPal: The refund to your PayPal account will be made by EMERSON within 2-4 working days.

Credit/Debit/Prepaid card:  The refund to your card will be processed by EMERSON within 2-4 working days.


The costs of shipping and cash on delivery charges are deducted from the total amount of the refund. If the return conditions are not fulfilled, the products will be returned to the customers at his/her expense. 



For returned products, the prices applicable are the ones on the date of purchase, as evidenced by the applied receipt/invoice. 


  • When a consumer wishes to change a product and replace it with another, the total value of the new order must be equal to or greater than the value of the original order.


  • When a consumer wishes to make a change to a product that did not have a discount and replace it with another discounted product, the change will be made on the basis of the original price and not of the price of the discount.
  • When the consumer wishes to make a change to a product that was discounted and replace it with another product, the change will be based on the value of the applied receipt/invoice.

EMERSON reserves the right to change at any time, and without prior notice, the prices of its products in accordance with the E-Commerce Code of Conduct and the Consumer Protection Terms. 


Replacement/Return of defective products

In case the product you received is defective, for your convenience, please follow the steps below:

  • Declare by email to that the product you received is defective, accompanied by a brief description and if possible, a photo.
  • The relevant department will contact you for the next steps. 

In case of a defective product, the return costs are borne by EMERSON. With the return of a defective product, you have the option of replacing it with a new same one or with any other product. Also, there is the option of returning the total value of your order, which is carried out with the same means of payment that you used for your original transaction. After 14 (fourteen) calendar days, the product is considered to have been received in perfect condition and EMERSON no longer accepts its return and replacement.


 Conformity check for returned products


In any case, the returned products must be in the condition in which they were received. 

More specifically:


  • Must be in perfect condition, without damage and in the original packaging that accompanies the product. 
  • Have all their original tags and labels attached. 
  • Be accompanied by a copy of the tax document with which the order was delivered (e.g. Retail Receipt, Invoice etc.).






If the above conditions are respected, you are free to send the products back to us for replacement. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return. 



Non- compliance with the with the Returns Policy


    If returned products are not accepted due to non-compliance with the returns policy, you will be notified by EMERSON customer service. You reserve the right to ask us to return the products to you, but at your own expense. If you do not wish to have the products returned to you, EMERSON will keep the amount paid for this transaction. The products will remain in our warehouses for a period of 60 days, after which they will be recycled (or donated to charity). 


Unacceptable returns:

Returned products will not be accepted in the following cases:


  • Products that have been used, worn, damaged or washed.
  • Products that are not in their original condition. 
  • Products without complete packaging (without the necessary accompanying documents, without labels, without packaging boxes, without cases etc.) 
  • Women΄s swimsuit without the protective sticker in its original position. 
  • Products with undesirable odors.
  • Underwear and socks for hygiene reasons, provided that the original packaging has been opened. 
  • Products of special offers or promotions. 
  • Products returned after the 14 calendar days deadline set out in this returns policy.


All returns go through the quality control process as soon as they arrive at the central warehouse. After the quality control is completed, you will receive a notification of your return request. In case that a problem is found during quality control on the returned product, EMERSON customer service will contact you to resolve the issue.



For the information of customers, EMERSON assumes no responsibility for items returned by mistake or items not related to the return that have been placed or left in the packaging or in the returned items. 



Cancellation of order

In case you have already proceeded with the payment of your order and your order has not been delivered to the transport company, we will immediately refund you the corresponding monetary value, in the same way you made your transaction (Credit/Debit/Prepaid card, Pay Pal or bank deposit etc.)

In case your order has already been delivered to the transport company, then the refund of the monetary value of the cancelled order will be made in the same way you made your transaction (Credit
/Debit/Prepaid card, Pay Pal or bank deposit etc.), once the products are returned to the central warehouse and the corresponding procedures are followed based on the terms in force.




Gift refund policy

Gift orders are excluded from the right to a refund, as refunds can only be made to the purchaser of the gift and not to the recipient. 

In gift returns, the replacement/exchange must cover the entire original purchase amount.
