SHIPPING POLICY
It includes details on the shipping methods, estimated delivery times, delivery charges, tracking, shipping restrictions and international shipments.
Shipping Methods:
For the delivery of your orders, EMERSON cooperates with ACS Courier (for Greece and Cyprus), BOX NOW (for Greece) and TNT (E.U. countries)
1. DELIVERY BY COURIER
1A. Delivery in Greece
All orders in Greece will be delivered by ACS Courier. Our products can be delivered anywhere in Greece and specifically to your delivery address.
Days & Delivery times:
In Attica deliveries take daily place by ACS, except for weekends and public holidays, from 09:00 to 18:00. For the rest regions of Greece, delivery times will be in accordance with the opening hours of the local ACS΄s partner or office.
Delivery times:
The delivery time of all orders is about 2-4 working days, while for the hard-to-reach areas (DR), it might take 4-7 working days. For more information on hard- to- reach areas, please visit ACS΄s website.
Shipping costs:
- The charge for shipping is 2,50€ for orders up to 60,00€
- Free shipping for orders over 60,00€
- Cash on delivery charge: 2,80€.
- Regarding purchases over 60,00€, only the cost of cash on delivery is charged
The values above include VAT.
In case that ACS fails to deliver our products on the first day, due to the absence of the recipient or for any other reason, they will contact you by phone or leave you a notice and try to deliver them on the next business day. If delivery does not take place either the second time, the parcels will remain for 10 calendar days at the local ACS Courier and after 10 days will automatically and without notice be returned to EMERSON΄s central warehouses: 28 Panos Street, Galatsi-11146, Athens Greece.
1B. Delivery in Cyprus
Days & Delivery times:
All orders in Cyprus are delivered by ACS Courier. Deliveries take place daily, except for weekends and public holidays. Delivery times will be in accordance with the opening hours of the local ACS Cyprus.
Delivery times:
The delivery time of all orders is estimated 5-7 working days.
Shipping costs:
- The charge for shipping is 7,00€
- Free shipping for orders over 100,00€
1C. Delivery to E.U. countries
All orders in European Union (except Cyprus) and throughout the rest of the world will be delivered by TNT.
Days & Delivery times:
Deliveries take place on days and times that are in accordance with TNT΄s local courier operating rules. Ask your local TNT courier office for more information or visit:

- EU
- Economy Express shipping (6-10 days)
- Express shipment (2-6 days)
Shipping costs:
EU: Charges are calculated at the checkout of the order. The formulation and the final charge of the shipping costs depend on:
- The billing zone/country of delivery
- The choice of delivery service: economy express/express
- Free shipping for orders over 160,00€
Order processing and delivery times:
- Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 and are available in our warehouse, will be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed on weekdays after 12:00 and are available in our warehouse, will be processed the next working day.
Delayed or lost orders:
Ιn case the delivery is delayed more than the expected time, you should contact us by email at: [email protected] or by phone + 30 210 7105557 ( Monday to Friday 09:30 to 18:00). We are at your disposal to serve you in the best possible way. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the transportation company we work with.
Orders placed on busy periods such as Black Friday, fortnightly sales, discount periods, end of the year, Holy Week and generally if there are reasons of force majeure, there may be delays in shipments and deliveries. Delays in some cases may exceed 5-10 working days for orders in Greece and 10-15 working days for international orders.
Incorrect or incomplete address:
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay the full shipping cost again to have your order sent to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect.

2. BOX NOW
You can pick up your order from a Box Now locker of your choice. Learn how it works here.
Shipping costs:
- The charge for shipping is 2,30€ for orders up to 60,00€
- Free shipping for orders over 60,00€
3.DELIVERY WITHIN 90 MINUTES VIA WOLT DRIVE
You can receive your order, where possible, through the Wolt Drive service. This service enables the immediate delivery of your order within 90 minutes of its completion, provided you are within the coverage area. Wolt Drive offers the convenience of having your order delivered directly to your doorstep, subject to availability in your area.
Delivery Days & Hours:
Deliveries are made daily, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (check here for updates).
Delivery Times:
For orders completed between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., delivery will be made within 90 minutes. Orders that cannot be delivered immediately or are placed outside these hours will be scheduled for next-day delivery.
Shipping Costs:
The cost for the Wolt Drive service is calculated automatically during checkout and depends on the delivery area. Shipping fees start at €4. (Special offers may apply, such as free or discounted shipping.)

4.NEXT-DAY DELIVERY WITH WOLT NEXT DAY
If immediate delivery via Wolt Drive is not possible, your order will be delivered on the next business day through the Wolt Next Day service. This service ensures fast delivery, even if same-day delivery is not feasible.

The cost for the Wolt Next Day service is calculated automatically during checkout and depends on the delivery area. Shipping fees start at €4. (Special offers may apply, such as free or discounted shipping.)

Important Information:
- Delays/Cancellations: Our company is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by Wolt Drive or external factors (e.g., weather conditions, strikes).
- Customer Availability: The customer must be available to receive the order at the specified time and address. If the order cannot be received within the designated time frame, it may be returned, and additional charges for reshipping may apply.
- Data Protection: Wolt Drive collects the necessary personal data to execute delivery. All information is protected in accordance with Emerson's and Wolt Drive's Privacy Policy and the GDPR regulation.
